Cooking School

Jamie Dunn conducts cooking schools throughout Oklahoma, Texas, Arkansas, New Mexico and Arizona. Jamie received her degree in Home Economics Education from Oklahoma State University in Stillwater, Oklahoma.
Jamie resides in Oswasso, Oklahoma with her husband and three sons. I've only attended the Taste of Home Cooking School three times (maybe four ??) and each time Jamie has been the culinary specialist and she is great. I always come home fired up and ready to cook. {This is not to say that my enthusiasm continues! (which my husband would attest to, I imagine).} “Our recipes have an international flavor this season,” Dunn said. “Mushroom Napoleon” marries traditional goat cheese with portabella mushrooms for a savory twist to a wholesome culinary sensation. “Mexican Lasagna” will dazzle the palate with zesty salsa and the pungent flavor of cilantro, commonly called Mexican parsley. “Spicy Asian Shrimp Salad” melds lime juice and hot chili paste with spring greens and shrimp for a zippy flavor blast."
