Stuffed

"When we got lost in a bog last summer, my sister, said, 'If I die first, you can eat me.'"

“Books to the ceiling, Books to the sky, My pile of books is a mile high.” (Arnold Lobel)

Reading is such a pleasure for me. I can recall reading
"Oxydol"
on the laundry detergent boxes before I entered school (and these boxes would contain dishtowels which my mother would use until they were rags used for dusting). It is certain that my pronunciation of this word was not precise but when I questioned the writings I saw in the household such as "Frigidair" and "Oxydol," my parents would always pronounce and spell the words for me. Reading provided such excitement! AND I still have that excitement! I love books!
