My sister captures beauty and peace

My sister sent snapshots of this lovely view she has from her front porch. Now, in the spring, when everything is green and vibrant, she can look out and capture tranquility and beauty and the photos will look somewhat different - but still have that peace so evident in these pictures. Oh my . . .

Note: my sister is beautiful and there is an aura of peace that surrounds her - I so love the snapshots and the thought of my sister - the similarities.

The importance of Education

I'm hoping that Chili's Restaurant was busy all day yesterday. Ten percent of the cost of each person's (or group's) meal on February 24th will be donated for scholarships - right here in Seguin. Students who have completed the D.A.R.E. program and who qualify will be eligible for a college scholarship. Hooray for Chili's! Hooray for those who supported this fundraiser (and satisfied their appetites as an added benefit!).
