I have to say that the most recent worst 'best' book I read (the one everyone says is so great but I can't figure out why) was The Shack. This book just didn't 'speak'/appeal to me. But then I didn't like the Left Behind series, either . . . and these books sold like wildfire and provoked a great deal of discussion. Sooooo . . . what do I know??
